WATCH!! Gr 9 Zambian Student Produces Covid-19 Awareness Film

Most agree we should be wearing masks whenever we are out – masks are mandatory! And here’s a reminder from a Gr 9 student at one of MIET AFRICA’s FutureLife-Now! schools, David Ramushu Secondary School in Zambia. Conwell Chikunki created this short film about health precautions, Covid-19 awareness and the importance of wearing a mask during #Covid-19. It was scripted by youth facilitators at the school, Macrove Mulauli and Margo Martha Musongo Musonda.

FutureLife-Now! is a SADC programme focused on improving the knowledge, health, and confidence of young people in the SADC region so that we can reach the goal of ZERO new HIV infections and fewer unplanned pregnancies so that young men and women can reach their full potential. The FutureLife-Now! COVID-19 Emergency Response is a humanitarian relief project which supports and strengthens SADC’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is currently being rolled out in the pilot schools in the region.
