Help Keep a Girl in School

Her Future. Her Right. Our Mission.

Help MIET AFRICA raise R300,000 to keep vulnerable girls in school. Your donation will provide mentorship, life skills, psychosocial support and education programmes that help girls overcome barriers and build brighter futures.

Every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, dream and build a future filled with possibility.

Yet across South Africa, thousands of girls face barriers that force them out of school. Poverty, gender-based violence, unintended early pregnancy, menstrual health challenges and limited access to support continue to prevent many girls from reaching their full potential.

For 30 years, MIET AFRICA has worked alongside schools, communities and partners to ensure vulnerable girls remain in school, stay safe and are empowered to succeed.

As we build towards Women’s Day, we are launching a campaign to raise R300,000 to continue this important work.

Your donation will help provide:

• Life skills and leadership programmes
• Sexual and reproductive health education
• Mentorship and psychosocial support
• Education and support to reduce gender-based violence, sexual abuse and exploitation
• Resources that remove barriers to learning
• School-based programmes that help vulnerable girls remain in school

When girls stay in school, they are more likely to:

• Complete their education
• Delay early pregnancy and child marriage
• Access better employment opportunities
• Earn sustainable incomes
• Raise healthier families
• Contribute to stronger communities and South Africa’s economy

Every donation, no matter the size, helps another girl realise her dreams.

Together, we can ensure every girl has the opportunity to learn, lead and thrive.

Her Future. Her Right. Our Mission.
