As you are aware, we recently conducted a change management exercise at both the Mancom and staff meetings.  Your feedback is currently being analysed but we are pleased to announce that we have addressed one of the issues namely; STOP – interrupting lunch breaks and START – designated lunch areas away from the workspace.  At 59, a concrete table and two benches will be moved out of the sun and onto the veranda at the top of the stairs which are not used.  A table and two benches will also be set up on the veranda at 50.  These areas will be available to everybody who would like to have their lunch away from their desk and any interruptions.  These areas are also to be kept clean at all times.  We trust you will enjoy this amenity while we continue to address the issues which need to be STOPped, STARTed and CONTINUEd.
