This resource pack comprises guidelines for other organizations in the education sector wishing to implement the Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA). It also includes a case study that highlights the achievements of LAHL IV, an HRBA project implemented by MIET AFRICA and the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education. The case study explains the background of LAHL IV and its achievements, the process of implementing an HRBA and the lessons learnt.
